做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
