做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
