做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
