做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
