做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
