做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
