做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
