做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
