做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
