做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
