做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
