做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
