做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
