做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
