做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
