做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
