做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
