做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
