做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
