做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
