做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
