做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
