做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
