做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
