做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
