做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
