做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
