做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
