做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
