做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
