做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
