做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
