做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
