做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
