做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
