做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
