做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
