做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
