做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
