做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
