做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
