做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
