做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
