做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
