做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
