做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
