做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
