做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
