做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
