做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
